TimeTrack Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at timetrackpro.co. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Usage data: time entries, clients, projects, and invoices you create.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the service.
- To send invoices and reminders on your behalf.
- To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- To communicate important updates about the service.
Data Security
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled, meaning your data is isolated from other users at the database level. All connections use TLS encryption. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Google User Data
TimeTrack Pro uses Google Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0) as one of the sign-in options. When you choose to sign in with Google, we request the following non-sensitive scopes:
- openid — to identify your Google account.
- email — to create and identify your TimeTrack Pro account.
- profile — to display your name on your account.
We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service data. We only use your Google email and basic profile information to create and authenticate your TimeTrack Pro account. We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Service. We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine-learning models.
TimeTrack Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke TimeTrack Pro's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase: database and authentication.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Vercel: hosting and deployment.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
